Why I started

Hello, I'm Raveena, and I'm the person behind FFFX, a company that helps people understand and succeed in the world of forex trading. My journey into forex started while I was working at a car leasing company. At that time, I wanted to break free from the regular 9-5 job and explore something new. I know many people appreciate the security of a steady job, but for me, living pay check to pay check was holding me back from experiencing life to the fullest.

How I started

I got interested in forex trading because it seemed like a way to work for myself and make good money. If someone offered you the chance to control your financial future, wouldn't you take it? That's what I thought when a friend on Instagram introduced me to a well-known company that claimed to teach forex trading. They made it sound easy, but reality was quite different.

Forex education or Pyramid scheme

They asked me to reach out to everyone in my contact list, even people I hadn't talked to in years, and convince them to join their forex program. I felt awkward promoting something I didn't fully understand. Still, I trusted their process, which gave me access to their learning platform. However, I soon realized that I could have learned most of what they were offering for free on websites like Babypips. I didn't want to continue making calls to my contacts, so I started looking for signal services.

My first profits

I joined a signal service that finally got me started in forex trading. They guided me through setting up my trading account, and they gave me advice on which trades to make. It was a step in the right direction, and I made my first £20 in profits. Later, another signal provider contacted me while I was at work, promising even bigger profits if I made larger deposits. I followed their advice and saw more significant returns. But there were warning signs when I tried to withdraw my earnings. They told me it's not a quick money machine but a long-term investment. They convinced me to reinvest without taking any profits.

Fool me once...

They later encouraged me to enter larger trades, and my account was wiped out in just a few hours. Even after such losses, I was still under their influence, hoping to replicate my earlier success. I learnt a hard lesson once the second account was completely blown and I was determined to learn forex trading on my own.

Eat, Sleep, Forex, Repeat...

With no funds left, I started learning the basics from free resources like Babypips and YouTube. But I felt like I needed a clear path to become a successful trader. Joining a group of forex enthusiasts who talked about forex all the time helped me, which eventually led to me investing in one-on-one sessions to accelerate my learning. After working with different mentors I realised a lot of them lacked a progressive syllabus and there were gaps in my knowledge that I needed to fill by myself by pulling all nighters to find answers. My biggest takeaway was that successful traders gather knowledge from various sources whilst putting in real time on the charts to create their own unique trading style.

FFFX Blueprint

Suhaib and I didn't realize it then, but we were laying the groundwork for what would become FFFX. I became consistent in my trading profits, and it felt like a new beginning. Other students started approaching me for help, even though I never planned to mentor. The demand for my guidance grew, and I started teaching a few people for free, until it took time away from my own trading.

Lets do it right

Suhaib and I decided that if we were going to teach, we needed a support system with a structured program that covered everything we used to become successful. Our first attempt at mentoring produced phenomenal results including 5,6 & 7 figure traders!
